Sandra L. (Gadley) Tenny

Sandra L. “Sandy” (Gadley) Tenny, 45, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Hershey Medical Center following a lengthy illness.  Born Friday, June 3, 1977, in Oil City, PA, she was the daughter of Beverly (Gadley) Weingard.  Sandy began dating Gerald E. “Jerry” Tenny III in 2001 and they were united in marriage on July 10, 2009.

She enjoyed reading, crocheting, travelling and loved playing Mario Kart with her children.

In addition to her husband of over 13 years, she will be lovingly missed by three children: Haidyn A. Tenny, of Elizabethtown, Tyler D. Tenny, of Harrisburg, and Travis G. Tenny, of Carlisle.  Also surviving are her mother, Beverly; two brothers, Adam Gadley, of Dover, PA and Brad Ferringer, of Newport, PA, as well as Sandy’s extended family and caring friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, November 18, 2022, at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022.  A time of visitation with the family will be held from 1 PM until the time of the memorial service on Friday.  Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.
