Mildred "Milly" (Heilman) Roth

Mildred “Milly” (Heilman) Roth, 99, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 16, 2023. Born on August 27, 1923, in Quentin, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Buelah (Kettering) Heilman.

After graduating from Palmyra High School Mildred spent her working career doing various job’s she enjoyed but retired from Penn Dot. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her sons, playing golf, bowling, knitting and playing bridge. She was a wonderful mother and will be remembered by her fun and loving spirit. Milly was a generous woman who touched many people’s lives.

She is survived by her children: Jay Roth (Rosemary), Todd Roth (Brenda), Neil Roth (Ann Marie); a granddaughter Jennifer Roth; and sister: Winnie Gerber (George).

She is predeceased by her loving husband John Roth and siblings: Myrl Hostetter, Dorothy Moyer and Jacob Heilman.

A viewing will be held Wednesday January 25, 2023 from 10AM to11AM with services to follow at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home. 25 West Pine St, Palmyra, PA 17078. A celebration of life will be held at Stoneback Pavilion, Londonderry Village following.
