John C. “Jack” O’Donnell, 70, of Middletown, passed away peacefully in his home with family by his side on Thursday, April 4, 2019. Born Thursday, April 20, 1948 to the late John C., Sr., and Elenor (Lanciano) O’Donnell. He is survived by his loving wife Terri L. (Garber) O’Donnell.
Jack worked for TMI as a maintenance mechanic for over 20 years. He had a passion for the river and was a lifetime member of the Middletown Fire Department and was also a member of the Middletown Rescue Home Association. Most importantly he was a loving husband, father, and brother.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children: Michael and Jackie O’Donnell; his siblings, Elaine Butcher, Paul O’Donnell, Helen Botterbusch, Tony O’Donnell, and Kathy Winters. He is predeceased by his brother Ralph O’Donnell.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11AM at the Fager-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 208 N. Union St., Middletown, PA 17057 with Pastor Britt Strohecker officiating. A time of viewing will be held from 10AM until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Middletown Cemetery, Middletown.
